All staff are fully vaccinated against COVID-19
 

Steps we’re taking to maintain a healthy environment:

  • All patients who cannot show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will be required to wear appropriate face masks

  • Surfaces and tools will be cleaned and disinfected between patients

  • Providers will wear masks upon request for patient interactions.

  • Walk-in appointments will not be available, all patients must schedule in advance

  • Both patients and staff will be required to attest to being symptom free before entering the office


For those unable to come into the office, we are still offering Telehealth one-on-one video conference appointments for both new and follow up patients and Virtual Running Assessments.
