Our downloadable DIY training plans are designed with a focus on functional strength and efficient form, providing a self-guided experience for those runners looking to tackle their goals on their own.
Downloadable plans are available for 5K, 10K/Half Marathon and Marathon distances.
Training plans are broken down by level to fit your needs and current fitness level
LEVEL 1: New to running or new to the distance
(up to 15-20 miles/week, running 3-4 days/week)
LEVEL 2: Running regularly & working on new goals
(up to 20-35 miles/week, running 4 days/week)
LEVEL 3: Advanced runners with a specific performance goal
(up to 40-50 miles/week, running 4-5 days/week)

16-weeks of programmed running workouts
Detailed Strength Training Program with links to instructional videos
Instructions on how to read training paces and pace calculator
Information on how to use RPE scale to guide your training
