Downloadable DIY Training Plans

Our downloadable DIY training plans are designed with a focus on functional strength and efficient form, providing a self-guided experience for those runners looking to tackle their goals on their own.

Downloadable plans are available for 5K, 10K/Half Marathon and Marathon distances.

Training plans are broken down by level to fit your needs and current fitness level

  • LEVEL 1: New to running or new to the distance

    (up to 15-20 miles/week, running 3-4 days/week)

  • LEVEL 2: Running regularly & working on new goals

    (up to 20-35 miles/week, running 4 days/week)

  • LEVEL 3: Advanced runners with a specific performance goal

    (up to 40-50 miles/week, running 4-5 days/week)

Downloadable DIY Plans at each level include:

  • 16-weeks of programmed running workouts

  • Detailed Strength Training Program with links to instructional videos

  • Instructions on how to read training paces and pace calculator

  • Information on how to use RPE scale to guide your training



Full Service Run Coaching

$199/month*

Our full service run coaching is designed as a partnership where we are with you every step of the way from goal setting through race day.


Full Service Run Coaching includes:

  • Individualized training calendar via the RunDNA platform, delivered in 2 week blocks

  • Personalized Strength Training Program

  • Unlimited access to Open Gym hours at Body In Motion Fitness**

  • Initial intake call with goal setting

  • Training feedback provided weekly (within the RunDNA platform)

  • Monthly progress calls

  • Pre-race call per each seasonal goal race

  • 50% discount on Lever BWS system sessions

We recommend everyone entering into a running program, regardless of level, start by completing a 3-D running form analysis. This analysis allows us to tailor your training focus as well as your strength training exercises to you. These personalized insights will allow us to provide you with a program that builds toward optimal running efficiency.

Signing up for any level of plan will allow you to take advantage of special pricing on both initial and follow up running form analysis visits.
